Williamsburg Local School District Reviews
Williamsburg Local School District is based in the small town of Williamsburg, OH. I entered in my freshman year of high school, and we have a class number of just about 90. The environment around the school is calm and heartwarming because of the hospitality that the teachers and instructors give you along with your peers. The academics at the district are excellent, the extracurricular activities are very good, the safety you feel at the district is superb. The only thing that I would recommend the administration to change is to add more funding to our extracurricular because most of the resources that we have to use are self-provided and not school-provided. I believe that if we have better funding from the administration, then students will have better opportunities to showcase their talents outside of academics and expose better paths to success.
My son is currently a student at Williamsburg Elementary School. All of his peers are very friendly even with the lack of diversity. He is one of only 4 Multiracial/African American students. Thanks principal is awesome and so is the school nurse. However, some of the students pointed out to me that my son is picked on by several teachers. They won't call him by his name but refer to him as kid. He is constantly singled out when he is waiting to be picked up in the afternoons. One of the ladies who releases them in the afternoon is very rude to me as well . Not a diverse school whatsoever.
Williamsburg Local School District has great teachers that are ready to push you to be successful. They are willing to give you help or advice any time it is needed. The district is rated excellent and it one of the safest districts in Clermont county
