So far, my time at Wheatland has been very good! The teachers are all great, and the staff genuinely wants to see you succeed. We are a small and tight-knit school and community which fosters a comfortable and welcoming experience. The school has been renovating and introducing new programs which will help the students to do better in their academics. I would like to see a bigger variety of clubs and other organizations, so that we have more opportunities and experiences. Overall I am proud to be a Pirate!
Good after high-school opportunities, positive staff, lots of counselors, therapists, ctec staff, work after high school programs through the staff and just overall a great group of adults to guide kids. Lots of pirate pride among the student body as well.
I like the variety of clubs at Wheatland Union High School. From LGBTQ+ clubs to Asian/Pacific Islander Appreciation clubs, Wheatland has it, and if not, you can create your own! What I would like to see change is more opportunities for more freshman field trips to educational places such as museums or art galleries.
