In WPUSD High Schools, a lot of interesting AP Classes are unavailable in this district. The engineering program is split from the larger computer science pathway between schools regardless of the fact that these 2 classes are largely intertwined. Besides these complaints, I have had a great time at these schools. Making friends is decently easily and it is not very competitive. A lot of different students with diverse beliefs and backgrounds go here, but this may be different between schools.
The best thing about my experience in the district is the staff. None of the teachers or any other staff I’ve met are outright disrespectful to us students and I’m very grateful towards them for helping me at school. One of the worst things though are most likely the school lunches. While they aren’t overly horrible, they could be improved. I’m still very grateful for what the lunch ladies do for us everything though.
It was a good experience, but there are obviously some things that could be better. Bathroom improvements, and general campus upkeep too.
