The overall atmosphere is wonderful and the teachers and administration do really appear to care about your education. They challenge what you know and teach you to think more creatively. Myself and everyone I know who attends this school feel completely safe here too. We come here every day without needing to worry about our safety. The staff is incredibly friendly and are always willing to help you with any schoolwork you have. The culture around our sports is exciting and involving. I enjoy going to the games and competitions to see our teams play. All of us going here are at a very critical point in our life and the resources and staff here do their best to help us grow.

Western Boone (WeBo) is a great school. It is small enough that it feels like we are all a big family. The teachers truly care about our success and it shows in their enthusiasm and passion for what they do. There are so many different opportunities that every student can find a sport, club, or extra-curricular activity that suits their interests. I feel safe at my school, the administration goes above and beyond to ensure that. Parent involvement is strongly encouraged and welcomed.
The staff is all very helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. There are a lot of club options for people interested in those, such as Chess Club or Spanish Club. There is a variety of sports too, like basketball, tennis, soccer, track, cross-country, and football. There is a lot of school spirit from the students who care, especially during Homecoming week. There are pep sessions before any big football game that most people think are fun.
If I were to see something change, it would be that a lot of students really begin to care about their education and were more positive on a daily basis.
