I loved my experience at West Memphis High School. I’ve attended this school my 10th-12th grade year. The teachers and staff members or amazing and very helpful, they try to help everyone the best way they can. Like now since our school year has been cut short due to this virus they are all keeping in touch with us helping kids still find colleges to attend.
Overall pleased with my education I have received in the West Memphis School District. Since Covid-19 virtual learning needs a lot of work. I have fallen behind in my studies Worst grades I have ever gotten. In-house learning is not an option right now due to my grandfather. I just wished that there more one-on-one learning on the virtual side of things.
West Memphis school district is not only a wonderful school, it is also a place that feels like family. I personally love the fact that us school kids have a choice to perticipate in college course class that offer certificates to help us out when we graduate whether it is finding a job or going directly back to college. The school is great, but the only thing I could possibly wish they would change is the no food in class room and that is simply because sometimes kids rush out the house due to being late for school. Therefore that child has not ate and is not focused on work because the brain is not fueled. Versus the child having minor snack and fueling their brain so they can focus.
