West Liberty Community School District Reviews
As a West Liberty students, I always feel safe at school. I love being there and just go through out my day. I enjoy every class I have, and learn many things through teach trimester. I many in variety of clubs and also enjoy my time at each meeting and get togethers. I don’t do many sports but I do attend football and soccer games. I love how our school has lots of school spirit. When it comes to homecoming I enjoy it a lot. The week of homecoming we have lots of activities and have a homecoming parade. The homecoming party it’s self it very fun. I love how close we all are as students as well. Two years ago we were announced the best high school in Iowa
Academics are very good, I like that the majority of class sizes are relatively small which means more personal, individual attention and help.
My experience at West Liberty community school district is something incredibly unique that I am 100% sure I wouldn't have found at any other school. It offers absolutely everything a school needs to supports both the students education and their need for extra curricular activities. My school offered a dual language program so that students could begin learning Spanish at a young age and bring that skill with them to High school. I loved the dual language program and it allowed me to get to know one of the most used languages in my town. Going to school here has shown me what diversity means and looks like. Academics has always been ideal as well, I receive all the help I ever need and then some. I am able to learn a lot of different things from construction work to the sciences and mathematics. I am able to access everything I need here, while learning in a diverse learning environment, West Liberty has a lot to offer its students.
