West Bend School District Reviews
In the West Bend School District i enjoyed many things. Starting my freshman year, I was lucky enough to be taught an education from outstanding Honors and AP teachers. The student life is full of involvement and there is truly a place for everyone here, no matter what the interest may be. For me, the music department was unbelievably welcoming and gave me a new home during my time at West Bend. However, if I could change one thing about West Bend, I'd like for students to be paid attention more in their passions and beliefs. While the district does a great job at including students overall, I wish more time was given to every individual so that their unique skills and talents could make this district unlike any other.
I wish the administration of the high school wouldn't change constantly with so many different rules and regulations every year. The teachers are overall really good but I feel like they're dragged down by the administration. I feel like the school itself is really gross and the money goes to the wrong things, like a public image instead of actually fixing building issues. Otherwise it's fine, can't complain.
Many dedicated teachers! However, in some of the lower level classes students are allowed to get away with a lot. Also, hardly any windows in the school, which makes it feel very closed off.
