The schools here revolve around helping students and making sure they are involved in everything they can be involved in. They focus on what makes student happy but on the other hand some things can be very different. On the Brightside, going to school is very fun because you can expect fun activities at school and lots of hand-on events. I would say the worst part of school are the lunches. A lot of people can say that the lunches are not what they would prefer to eat so they bring their own meals but some days things are really good.
My high school experience was not too bad. The majority of my teachers were either average or exceptional. None of them were awful. The curriculum was sub par, I wish it was more intense and would cover more information. The resources provided for the school were decent to say the least. The classes definitely could have used better textbooks, but they got the job done when they were needed.
It was alright. The county is poor, so schools don't receive as much funding as they could use. Even the top schools in the county don't have the same academic challenge that I was used to before moving here. My school is relatively new compared to the rest of the schools in the county, so we did not have nearly as many extracurricular activities as the others did. However, the school did the best with what it had. it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't outstanding.
