I walk into school every day and just feel like I’m part of a family. A thunder family. My teachers are always willing to help me no matter what, and I’ve never felt more ready for college in my life. The teachers at this school do everything they can to help you get ready and be prepared for the college life. This school has helped me get to where I want to be in so many ways. The activities are fantastic; there is something going on everyday! I have always felt included during activities even if it’s not the crowd I hang out with. There are SO MANY clubs and such a great variety of them. They also involve every student! It’s great to walk into such a fresh environment every single day. I love Desert Hills!

Dixie high school is an excellent school! The teachers are amazing, all the school activities are awesome, and the professors work with you one on one. Dixie high schools traditions go back all the way to when the school was founded. The best traditions are the Bucket Run, D-Week, Class olympics, and all of our pep assemblys. All the students show great school spirit and compete against eachother during our class olympics. The professors take time out of their busy schedule to help you in anyway possible.
I've quite enjoyed my time at Washington County School District. Every time I've gone to a meeting, almost every single staff member is kind and has a smile on their face! This district makes sure that their schools are well supported with the resources needed to educate the students. Every school that I have walked into has friendly staff and clean classrooms. I've been very impressed with this school district!
