As an alum (currently in pharmacy school), I am very pleased to the amount of support and care that the teachers offered at Fall Branch School. They were always there for students in need. I would say the facilities and technology fall below average just because there isn't enough funding from the county, state, and there isn't an international corporation. Eastman Chemical co. dumps millions into Kingsport city schools, so they are going to have nicer facilities, but they lack care and compassion and their students tend to be socially awkward and disrespectful.

I really like the environment and the people that work here. It is much nicer than the City school I used to attend. One thing I really wish would change about Washington county is the attendance policy. They are really crazy about it and it feels overwhelming and causes trouble.
I went to a Washington County, TN, school for kindergarten and first grade. Though I do not remember much about my experience, I sure am glad I’ve been homeschooled since second grade because I would not like the Washington County school system now
