The school is safe. It's kept clean. Location is good. Ample parking available. Handicap accessible. Good library. The groundskeeping is impeccable! The water pressure in the high school sucks...You can barely wash your hands correctly. The principal nitpicks a lot. The NHS has favorites. It should offer more choices of classes besides the needed credits to graduate. The English teaching is very outdated...Such as the reading material and assignments. Sorry, not everyone me to read Shakespeare or write papers on the Harlem Renaissance. The play, however, is always A+. The school overall is average. You have your normal everyday cliques and cyber bullies. A handful of teachers use Facebook and are connected with students which I completely disagree with. They shouldn't be involved in the students personal life, only the academic aspect. The French teacher is inappropriate a lot of the time... Telling students about her personal life.
They prepare you well for college! The guidance counselors are very helpful and hardworking. They put a lot of effort in every student and makes sure we will have bright futures. Also, the coaches are very important to me, not only do they push you out of your comfort zone but they care about you. Overall the school has a great community and within these walls it feels like home.
My schooling experience at Warrensburg was decent for the school district I was in. Warrensburg is a small school district so they don't have as much to offer. They did though try to expand what they could offer. My only problem with the school was when graduating they did not take into account for my college credits I had earned when do the school ranking.
