I like the teachers most. I have met so many over the last four years and they have made learning fun. Many want to get to know the students at a personal level which really tells me that they care. My relationships with teachers influenced my decision to become a teacher myself. I want to be someone that makes math fun for high school kids. On that note, believe it or not, there are some teachers that should not teach. I wish Wallkill administrators could see who those people are and replace them. yikes!!

I have been a student in the Wallkill Central School District for the duration of childhood education. I loved the close-knit community and the teachers were always willing to help their students learn in the best ways possible. Some of my favorite childhood memories have been in the classrooms of the different schools or on the playground at Plattekill Elementary. There is not much that I would change about the Wallkill Central School District, it is simply wonderful.
Wallkill has its ups and downs just like most high schools. Ive gone to this district since kindergarten. Starting off with elementary it was good teachers really worked with you and helped solve bullying problems. Middleschool was okay Out of all the levels of school middleschool was not the best experience teachers didnt work with you as well and many of the rules didnt prepare us for high schhool.High school has had its ups and downs! But when you find the right friend group and teachers you can make it through!
