Wadsworth HS is special. It's a special thing to be welcomed in as a junior and have other students sincerely tell you they are glad you are there and to have students and community members be glad for what you can contribute to the school and make you feel like you are welcome for who are you, as you are. Love this place!

There are many opportunities for kids to excel and thrive in different areas. The high school especially has numerous AP and CCP classes in nearly every core category, which is good for students who need to be challenged in order to do well. However, I wish the school would focus less on athletics. School-affiliated sports are idolized, so any other kind of physical activity or extra-curricular in general tends to be frowned upon.
Our school district is run by people that work hard to ensure the safety and education of the students. They are fiscally responsible with the money provided. Our district is consistently top rated in our county, and in state testing. I am proud to be a Wadsworth Grizzly!
