My overall experience with Wabasha-Kellogg has been great. It's a small school, so I know every other student by name, even if they are a couple of grades below me. The environment in the school is extremely light-hearted and intimate. Everyone is very friendly and I've never witnessed or experienced serious bullying or harassment. Although, the one thing I would want to see more of in the school is diversity. I felt alone sometimes knowing I was that one Asian girl among all white students.
Wabasha-Kellogg is a very good high school to attend. You get to know each of the teachers and students personality because it is so small here. Although it is small, we excel in many sporting events. We won state for volleyball in 2010, and have gone to state multiple times for baseball including last year. I love how the school atmosphere is where everyone knows everyone. Our administration is one of the best. Our principal is one of my favorite people ever. They do what is best for our students for sure! The only thing I would really change is our food. It has been getting better, but it is still average. All in all, I wouldn't want to be at any other high school than Wabasha-Kelllogg.
The teachers are always willing to help you! We have excellent coaches and a great gym, along with an amazing auditorium.
