Vashon Island School District Reviews

3 reviews
It is a very safe environment. Everyone is welcome, however most of the residents are white, liberal, and middle-class. They will accept anyone. The teachers are very well educated, I had a teacher who graduated from Stanford with all A's and a bachelor's in physics. Other teachers don't seem too in love with their job, or kids, though.
Review Vashon Island School District
Vashon Island is an awesome school. The teachers are super supportive and always available for help. The principal knows everyone by name. The classes are hard, but that's to prepare you for college. I'm so glad I went to Vashon.
Ive been going to vashon island school district since 7th grade and ive loved it ever since everyone is friendly and all of the teachers are constantly there for you via email so its easy to contact them if you have any questions. The school is pretty small and i like that aspect of it because everyone knows everyone also in class your classes are roughly 25-28 kids so you get a lot more teacher to student help rather than in a big school.
