The most important part of attending Valley Springs High School is the students are close knit and not really in groups. The teachers work closely with students and are very attentive to the needs of the students. The whole school is willing and able to help in any way they can to make your experience a great one no matter what your situation is at the time. There is a variety of opportunities to engage in including archery, volleyball, baseball, basketball and golf. The school is a golden Apple school that strives for excellence in education and they prepare you for a transition into college life. Overall, the best school in my area.

I absolutely love this school! I moved here six years ago, and was welcomed so warmly. The school pride here is amazing and I've never seen people come together the way people in the Valley Springs community do. If I were to change anything at all, it would be the cafeteria food. Not a thing else
We love Valley Springs! Our kids have been there for 8 years, and we've found the academics to be exceptional. Both of our children are involved in the gifted and talented program, and they've participated in science fairs, quiz bowl, math carnival, mock trial, and robotics through this. We also appreciate the other extra curricular activities. Both children have been involved in band and archery, along with various clubs. We appreciate the small school atmosphere and are glad the teachers really know our children. We are close to bigger schools, but Valley Springs has been the perfect fit for us.
