Union R-XI School District Reviews
In Union, I enjoyed the principles and the teachers. Our school is also very up to date with rules and room designs. Every student also has the opportunity to obtain a Chromebook that they get to take home every day. Lastly, in my school, we are becoming more progressive and informed in the way our discussion classes are set up. We talk about drug problems and create new projects to solve them, we talk about recent news and politics, and it was all created so our opinions are all heard.
During my time at Union, I have come to realize just how many things that it wont help me with. It has enough core classes, and it offers some more diverse classes, but it never elaborates on those extra subjects. I am planning on going to art school, and I feel that the art education I have recieved here is fairly basic. It would be nice to get a bit more guidence from the teachers, but now the school is almost overcrowded, with class sizes averaging 30-35 students per teacher. It was a good experience to have, but overall it wasn't any better than any of the other schools Ive visited.
Each and every school building in the district is fit with some of the amazing teachers and staff! Everyone is appreciated and should feel 100% safe while at school.
