In this fun and awesome school district, I have experienced things such as joy, happiness, and most importantly the laughter of the Brilliant Kids in this school district! I think that many parents should think about this school district! It is one of the best school district's in the Sacramento County! "We make Brilliant Kids smile all the time" - Steve Martinez - TRUSD Principal.

They say they don't have money and hardly every use any resources for their students. They tend to have a lot of excuses for the lack of resources they fail to give, as well as taking the little help and resources they have to be able for both students and parents to have the proper communication with the school board and their teachers. They also fail to put a stop to bullying and not only with the bullying within the students alone, but with the teachers using their power, and intimidating their students while being in elementary. With the students feeling that of anything were ti happen they have no one they could go for help for, especially if the teachers are the ones doing the bullying while promoting the "anti-bullying " theme the schools have.
Twin Rivers is like any other district, they do what is needed but rarely do they go above and beyond. The school I went to, Rio Linda High, felt decently managed (except for bad communication). My biggest complaint is about them is how they manage their money; Twin Rivers wastes a lot of money on unpractical solutions (like reinstalling a new AC system after fixing it the year before, providing the staff with expensive and overpowered laptops, wanting to spend over $1,000,000 for a track isn't as good as some sub $500,000 ones.)
