Some things I like about my school are the staff, students and classroom experiences. Although they do not offer that many AP courses because we are a small school, I think the ones we have are valuable and help prepare me for college classes. Some things I dislike about the school are their notification process. Sometimes students do not receive the information they need because they are at career tech or work. Since these students are not at school the district does not frequently reach out to them and let them know about important dates or events. Overall, the school I attend is pretty well rounded and they just need to work on informing people better.
This school is overall a very well school. As with any other school, there are pros and cons of it . The school has great academics. This school's main focus is its student's success. The teachers here strive to make sure your child is striving to do their best. As with any other school, one thing they can't prevent is the kids some kids are not the greatest and can be or are disrespectful to the teachers who are doing what they can to make the best future for us . As for opportunities, this school has many, from sports for example the volleyball team made it to the second round of districts. They also provide us to start our future early with the Franklin county carrer and technology center school, which is a great way for students who maybe don't even want to go to college to get certifications or even a new way of learning or even things they wouldn't learn here during normal everyday classes. For me and many other classmates, it gives us a look at what we might want in the future.
I love my school, it is one of the smaller ones in the area meaning you get more help if needed. Our facilities are great. There are numerous courses and AP options for advanced kids. They have tons of clubs to get involved in. A college advisor is here to help with anything college.
