I have to thank the school for allowing me to grow as a person and meet the people I call my friends today. The students at the school were, for the most part, easily categorizable, but even despite this all managed to show their own unique personalities nurtured by peers and teachers alike. Speaking of the staff, most of not all were at least in some way incredibly pleasant to interact with, be it a science teacher, an art teacher, or even the librarians.
I cannot say that my own experience is one everyone will have had, seeing that even with everything said, it was an average one. Regardless, it’s one that I’ll cherish for a good long while.

In all 4 years of attending this institution, I’ve been an honor roll student and this is a perfect place of “tolerance”. Teachers at this institution love to claim they care about their students but when they have students struggling and failing their classes, it’s suddenly students not trying enough. Most of the school spirit stuff only occurs when it’s related to football. I was apart of the avid program for all 4 years and the only thing they prepared me for was how to make a google slides of something I want to do.
What I liked from Tulare Joint Union High School District is the amount of time they put into making sure every campus has enough resources to help the students out. For example, when the district gave every single student a laptop to help us with our school work and homework, this allowed us to really be able to get more done at school through an electronic device. I also really like several of the teachers that they hire. Why? Because some of these teachers have really impacted my life and allowed me to get out of my comfort zone and really try new things, and this I love. In general several of the things that Tulare Joint Union High School District has done for us has been great and I have enjoyed my time at Mission Oak High School.
