Trimble has a lot of work left to do but the current Superintendent is turning the whole school around for the better! The whole school was remodeled and the students no longer are forced to attend an unsanitary school. I highly recommend having your kids attend this school. its a great option for those who love small towns that will offer a helping hand to anyone in need. The teachers are also great too. They will offer your child to stay after school to work on the curriculum they're covering if your child isn't understanding the material well and they will also provide a shoulder to lean on for a child in need.
This school district has improved tremendously and as long as we have John Hurd as our Superintendent our school will continue on this good progress.

It's a good small-town highschool, but sadly that is all it is, and is nothing compaired to nearby schools. With very limited resources teachers and students alike are left to fend for themselves, usually teaming up to get things that they need in a class-room setting. I personally have had great difficulty getting advanced materials and had to enroll in college-level classes because there is very limited advanced classes, and when there are it seems like it is just an extra project, with no more rigorous of content than the basic class. My highschool tends to the small-town life, but can you really ask for more? It is the best that it can be, but sadly it wasn't enough for me.
Trimble has been overall a pretty positive experience and I definitely have a lot of good memories. I have also been given plenty of opportunities to do good things at Trimble. However, there are a lot of things that need reevaluated and changed about the school. Most of the time, the school administration's priorities aren't in the right place, addressing things that don't need addressed while there are plenty of things that do need addressed. This leads to money being spent in ways that seem to not be necessary while other things need attention.
