Tri-Valley School District Reviews
As far as a high school in the middle of nowhere, TVHS is okay. There is a huge problem with bullying, regardless of the zero-tolerance policy. The arts are not supported very well and the school focuses on sports more. The old principal, Mr. Hall, was incredibly awful at his job and was very disrespectful to students, staff, and parents, however he is reportedly retiring and being replaced. Some teachers are lukewarm but there are plenty of teachers that care a lot about students and are very helpful.
While it is a school with less fortune and money than many other schools, it still isn't terrible. It is fortunate to have very small classes with the advantage of one on one education. We also have some very good programs such as agriculture, as well as music and several others.
I honestly don't mind going to Tri-Valley. Its a very nice school. The teachers are nice and there are many opportunities to be found here if you use the right resources. I had found my place in the ag department. Its very hands on and there are many opportunities to find. I had found my way into FFA and it was the best decision i had ever made. I found my happy place.
