Tioga Central School District Reviews
This is a very small school in a rural region. The teachers care about each student and want to see them succeed in class as well as in life. They are always willing to stay late and give extra help whenever. It is a small, close knit community with the students' futures in mind. Even though it is small, that does not mean that it doesn't offer amazing opportunities for its students. there are a wide variety of classes including several dual-credit courses through a nearby community college. This is an amazing school and I would not choose to have attended any other.
Although they try, students here are not culturally diverse and have no tolerance for others as they were raised that way. There is a lot of bullying and I would not recommend this school for anything. Parents don't seem involved. Moving out of the district at the end of this year. Awful learning experience for my children.
Tioga has an an incredible support system from our community and school in our student activities and athletics. Our class size is 65-75 kids per year but we still manage to compete in all aspects of education and athletics with larger schools.
