Would like to mention transferred from other school, the credits were not excepted. The staff seemed too busy to help out . The graduation process seemed to take a while and still did not receive my diploma. Would like to see more services or programs to help students achieve their goals and more work force programs so students can get paid. No complains, progressing subject areas is another goal. There is help when student falls below grade level. Security is a priority. There are loop holes especially when people or aides do not arrive on time. Summer school is another example of earning credits that are needed to pass grade. Also, it is very unnecessary to have computers for kids who will not be responsible for them. The portable ones. Most teachers seem able to communicate with parents but on limited basis.
Texas High School provides wonderful academics at a top-notch facility. The faculty are talented and innovative, sports, music, and other extra-curricular programs are some of the best in the state. I would recommend this school and district to anyone looking for an exemplary educational experience.
All the teachers are pretty chill and actually teach. Most of the teachers enjoy their job and care about the students, wanting them to learn and get better as the year progresses. They take their time with the students to help as much as they can.
