We have had a great experience sending our children to Sweet Home High School. They have had the opportunity to work with a wonderful, caring, dedicated staff. Academically, Sweet Home offers a variety of college level and AP courses to keep students challenged and able to obtain college credit. The Sweet Home staff has ongoing Professional Development, which improves their knowledge, competence, skill, and effectiveness.
Sweet Home offers many different ways to get students involved such as clubs, activities and sports. My children were involved in sports throughout high school. They had outstanding coaches, along with excellent sports facilities available to them.
I am thrilled my children were able to attend Sweet Home High School. They performed well academically, socially and have enjoyed being a part of the school community.

Very diverse school, with lots of opportunities for different social and academic needs. The school’s goal is to help every student reach their full potential.
I enjoyed all of the activities such as pep rallies, school dances and spirit weeks. I also had a good time learning and taking classes that I never thought I would take in middle school, but found they offered in the high school and decided to take. I do wish the entire school culture was improved, and the kids were less “cliquey” and more just a group as a whole. Also, as a big athlete at my school, I would say the teams could be improved and coaches could be brought in that may improve the skill. But, I always had a great time on my teams despite the outcomes.
