I have a son & daughter who are currently students at CASE HS. Academically, CASE offers more AP classes than most HS’s in the area and test scores are solid. They have some of the most caring teachers in the area, most stay after school to offer extra help each day. The high school has awesome extracurricular activity offerings, with drama being the most popular. CASE also has arguably the best principal and athletic director combo in the state of Massachusetts. Both individuals work tirelessly to promote a positive culture at the school. Overall I grade CASE HS in Swansea an A!
Swansea Public Schools has a great group of teachers and faculty. They are all very personable and most genuinely care about your well being. However, some teachers seem to be more of a friend than a teacher. The classes are farily easy, but the school allows you to challenge yourself with a variety of different courses. If I could repeat my experience at Swansea public schools I would definitely try to put more effort into organization. That is something that’s important to your success in the school.
As a parent of a child in need of extra support, I can honestly say that the team of people I worked with genuinely cared about my daughters success. With supports in place she has been successful and it's allowed her to develop a new outlook on her school career.
