Strafford R-VI School District Reviews
My experience at Strafford High School has been excellent. I couldn't imagine going to school any where else. We have great teachers that give us one on one attention. My school takes pride in getting everyone involved in at least one extra-curricular activity like sports, band, music, or clubs. We have a great community that is very supportive of our school.
I have gone to Strafford since I was in Kindergarten and have loved 90% of it. While there is little diversity, the diverse students we do have feel welcomed and loved. Nothing beats the Strafford sports programs. Our athletes experience nothing less than the best. While sometimes I wished they would have taught me more time management skills they do a great job picking our teachers that want to help you and want to succeed, for the most part.
Strafford high school is a small town, rural school with around 400 people in the high school at one time. At Strafford they offer opportunities for every student, allowing anyone from any grade to excel in whatever area they find their niche. Because of its small size, Strafford doesn’t have the upper level classes or AP offered by other high schools, but there is the opportunity to take classes not offered online.
