Stevens Point Area Public School District, is a good school district. SPASH has treated Students well regarding furthering education and exposing their students to different cultures, religions, and ethnicities! The staff here at SPASH want nothing more than to watch you graduate with a path in mind for your future! The Academics are great. There are great teachers, diverse classes, flexible scheduling, and varied levels of difficulty for different students (slower-paced, AP, advanced, etc.) Counselors are helpful to talk to, and they help students ever to have a goal and plan for there career. Ever teacher are great to talk to and have experiences that they tell us, students, and what we can do.

Our school district is absolutely wonderful! The caring staff members we have here are outstanding. Our teachers are always trying to help us in all ways possible, and are constantly motivating us! Our school has many extra-curricular activities that are available as well as a wide variety of classes to choose from! There is no other high school I would want to attend!
We're a smallish city in the middle of Wisconsin, so not that diverse. I feel like all of the clubs and activities (excluding sports) are super accepting. If your afternoons are free and you have nothing to do- join a club! They'll take you right in! The sports however- not so much. Other than a few exceptions like tennis and cross country (CC), it's extremely political. It's high school. Kids shouldn't be getting cut from sports. Seniors shouldn't be sitting the bench. SPASH is a pretty big school, but there are other equally big schools that don't cut kids from sports and actually make them feel like a part of a team. The athletic department here for the most part is ridiculous and infuriating. If your kid wants to play a sport, suggest CC. The coach is amazing. He takes time to talk to every single kid about their progress, and no one gets cut. He's taken the boys varsity CC team to state a countless number of times. If only every sport could be like CC is at SPASH.
