Steamboat Springs School District No. RE-2 Reviews
SSHS is a great school in a great town. Lots of wonderful teachers, classes and extra curricular activities in a great CO mountain town!
Steamboat Springs School District does a great job of immersing the community with the local students. Students are provided with many opportunities to be involved with other citizens and build connections and a strong sense of confidence. Steamboat is a very active town, in and outside schools which helps students learn to love the outdoors while being academically responsible as well.
The Steamboat Springs High school is a very good high school because of there easy going and caring staff. Another awesome thing about going to this high school would be their skier schedule program. This schedule is created for competitive skiers with the SSWSC(Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club) so they can get out earlier and train, while still graduating on time. Something I would change about this high school would be to update the math department. I feel that a lot of students in this area struggle and are not getting enough attention.
