My experience at Staunton Community High school was an interesting experience because for two years I was online due to Covid. My schools structure isn’t that soundly and it could be better with some updates. For example, the pipes should be blocked off and the lunchroom cafeteria should be bigger. Although, my experience with teachers I felt like could be better it was an overall decent school.
I enjoyed my time at Staunton High School thanks to the capable staff and numerous educational opportunities. Anytime I had a question that I needed one-on-one help with, I could always find a time when my teachers were at the school and could help me. Anytime I sought out or found an educational trip or college visit day, the Staunton School administration was more than willing to work with me and my busy schedule to help me get the most out of my educational experience. One thing Staunton Schools could improve upon is the training they provide and require of their staff regarding working with students with special needs. Staunton staff and administration are well equipped to handle almost any situation thrown their way, but no one is an expert in a field until they have been exposed to all of it. I believe that the Staunton Community School District is the perfect home to land for any family, and an institution from which I am proud to have graduated.
My experience at Staunton High school was over all good. I had numerous amounts of opportunity to participate in extracurricular activities. Most of the teachers put their best foot forward to help their students succeed. The academic advisory does an excellent job helping students through out their high school career. The culture of Staunton high school can have a very clique feeling to the community. Over all the organization is a pretty safe place to earn a good education.
