Staunton Community Unit School District No. 6 Reviews
It has a very strong sense of community imbedded in it! Having a small town and kind people means having a good environment for learning. I would like for less student drug use, but there is only so much teachers and administration can do.
Firstly, there is not much about this school that I dislike. The teachers are very caring and they strive to help students if they need. I have never seen a teacher turn down a student if they needed help. The teachers come to school early to help kids and take time out of their days after school to help students if they need. The teachers and faculty members all show that they care about each and every student at SHS!
I loved attending SHS for a majority of my educational career. The overall atmosphere is great! Everyone there including staff and students are all supportive and great to be around! Everyone has the chance to be involved in just about whatever they want to be! The teachers are all great when it comes to the whole class with them or just a one-to-one ratio. My overall experience with SHS was amazing!
