I use to attend some schools in SVVSD up until freshman year of High School. I thoroughly enjoyed my time in the schools I attended. I was blessed to have amazing friends, and teachers. All the teachers we friendly, relatable, always willing to help, and explain things in a manner that connected with me!

As a student of St. Vrain Valley for around 12 years I can say Ive had a great schooling experience, while every school and district has troubles sometimes, overall throughout my schooling Ive always felt very safe, cared for, and respected. I felt I was somewhat prepared for college in terms of academic course loads, however college prepardness could be improved so kids can make any easier transition. As a student Advisory Board member, I was chosen to represent my school at district meetings, and can honestly say, the kids coming through this district are sure to leave as successful scholars and people.
I switched to Mead high school at the start of second semester sophomore year. After meeting campus supervisor Penni and who at the time, was at the front of the counselling office, Andi Felton, I was introduced to not only a wonderful school, but felt at home with the staff. I made many wonderful friends and still found time to work on my academics. The teachers there made a great effort to not only communicate with students, but to help us individually. Although Mead high school was an amazing school, I had struggled with lots of anxiety . Andi was especially always there to talk which made me feel safe, but I needed a space to focus on school rather than the stress of life. That's when I transferred to Saint Vrain Global Academy.

At an online school, like this, I have never felt more safe and prepared for the world. The facility there have helped me through some rough patches. I am glad to part of a school that focuses on all it's students no matter the circumstance.
