The St. Peter Public School District has treated me well and with respect as I have made my way through schooling. The teachers have a genuine care for the students as well as a educational drive that helps motivate everyone around them. With a variety of clubs, sports, and community involvement opportunities, I would recommend this school to anybody!
The School offers a lot in the way of courses. There are a lot of College Now Courses available through MSU, Mankato. That makes it nice to be able to complete some college courses in high school. Most teachers are caring and know their subjects well. Some are little to uptight and act like they are professors with far too strict of rules for teenagers. Our school offers too many sports for the number of students in the high school. Most are struggling to have enough players and the programs are not very successful. We usually have two teams every year that will make it anywhere in the section.
The new high school was well designed and has a lot to offer. The gym and theatre can be used for a lot of things. The is a greenhouse, space for building trades, and required classes. All students receive an electronic device to help with there homework.
