St. Elmo Community Unit School District No. 202 Reviews

3 reviews
My school does anything and everything to protect the safety of the students. The teachers and staff will go out of their way to meet their student's needs. Classes are small and the total population of the school is also at a minimum number. There are only 20 kids in my grade level so the student's and the teachers often have a close connection. There is not a wide variety of classes or electives to chose from due to a lack of teachers and population. If I could better the school in anyway I would make sure each student can chose from at least 4 different elective/dual credit classes.

My experience at St. Elmo High School was overall good. Due to the fact that is was a small high school, I new all of my peers and had many good friends. Due to this reason, my senior trip was a great experience that I will always remember. However, since it is a small high school, there are very few opportunities for students to grow. This is one major quality that I hope to see change in the near future.
The district of 202 are known for the very friendly and caring teachers. All of the teachers are down to Earth and really care about the students and want what is best for the students.
