I really wish that there was more diversity here, but the program here is great! The teachers are awesome, and you can tell they really care about the students. It's more than just 'teaching' for them, they really invest in the kids and bring out their fullest potential.
The teachers genuinely care about student success during and after graduation. As a high school student it is so hard to get through some days. Little did we know that it would be the easiest part of our lives. The staff at St. Clair did an amazing job preparing me for my future and have even encouraged me to pursue a career in education as well.
I just graduated from St. Clair high school this last year. I had a very positive academic and athletic experience during my time there. One of the things I am finding most beneficial that I took away from my educational experience was the abundance of dual credit (CIS) courses offered, as it helped me to begin college with 32 credits already on my transcript. It saved me time and money and I am a year ahead of others my age who chose not to take or did not have these opportunities. I also want to applause the administration for their dedication to the students, the safety of the students and the community. The small town feel was amazing and it has made coming to college and not being able to know and say hit to every person you see throughout the day a strange transition.
