Overall my time at Spring-Ford was great! A lot of the teachers that I had were great. They made the classes enjoyable with different activities to keep the students engaged. My teachers were always eager to help if I fell a little behind. The number of AP courses was a huge plus for me as well, and they continue to add courses which I appreciate. Each school building was well maintained and clean. One of the best features of the high school is the FPC (Future Planning Center). The advisers in there work year round helping all of the students prepare for college or whatever they plan to do after graduation The diversity of extracurricular activities was also nice to have. I was very grateful that the school was supportive of the LGBT+ community and had a gay-straight alliance club.

My experience at spring ford was different from most of the students that attended because I started to go to Spring-Ford my sophomore year. Though there is much I didn’t like about the school, the one thing I did enjoy was the Future planning center (FPC)! It really helped me a lot when it came down to applying to college.
I made great friends at Spring-Ford and feel like there are many excellent teachers and staff who genuinely care about my success. We have a future planning center that is always accessible to students. They have all of the information you need to be prepared for the future. They also provide help with college applications, scholarships, and essays. However, there are times when I feel our school lacks in resources (for example the sports are underfunded and the computers are outdated in computer labs). Additionally, the food in the cafeteria is below average in quality. Overall, I do love my high school and the opportunities it has given me.
