Spartanburg County School district 4 is a tight-knit community. Your classmates in kindergarten will be the classmates you graduate high school with. I was very thankful for the education I received while attending school there, however, the teachers and faculty can be an issue. Academics are great in district 4, but student teachers relationships can be hostile or downright inappropriate. The district is also very focused on standardized testing which can take away valuable class time. I loved my time in district 4, but have always wished there would be better student teacher relations.
Spartanburg County District 4 were focused on the education and wellbeing of the kids. They always helped when you needed help whether it be tutoring or learning a new skill. I don’t have anything in mind they should change. Maybe a little a stricter on the rules because since I’ve been out of High School things have changed and rules that made the school great have been let go.
Overall they are a good school and there are a lot of teachers there that will actually care about you and help you throughout the year.
