My over experience with Thurston High School has been the best experience ever. I love it there. The teacher’s there are amazing, they really help you achieve your goals to succeed and also prepare you for college. I’m a junior/upcoming senior now and so far I just really love that school. All the friends that i made and some memories that I have at that school is really amazing. They are really welcoming and I’m proud to be a Thurston eagle
My experience with South Redford School District was good they provide a great musical program from 5th to 12th grade. They also offer great resources for students looking for dual enrollment with trade schools, Fire schools and other great programs to us students to be ready for whatever we plan to do with our career choices after high school. The coaches on the sports teams are really dedicated to making players better and their primary focus is on building team work and future leaders. The South Redford School District is a great place to help students succeed in everyday life.
The employees really care about helping the kids and providing all the resources they can, but awesome programs get cut because of budgets in the state and country and local tax payers too. I would love to see more home ec and votech classes and more counselors in the schools for kids who are bullied, etc.
