Silver Creek Central School District Reviews
The school is small and that makes it good for smaller class sizes and it’s easier to get to know your teachers. But there isn’t as many advanced/AP classes as I’d like, and they are constantly cutting classes I want to take (AP Phycology, BAMA). Also the guidance office tries to stop you from taking challenging classes.
My high school experience at Silver Creek Central School has been pretty great. The teachers are all concerned with each individual student and how they can help them get the most out of their high school experience. There are so many options for clubs and sports, and anyone can join. Most of the teachers are able to form individual relationships with each student, and all of the students generally get along with their teachers.
A good school, I felt very prepared for college. The only thing I felt was lacking was the amount of classes offered, though it’s a small school so that’s to be expected. I wish I could’ve taken classes like music theory but there wasn’t enough interest. Administration really cares about the students, and there are lots of resources available for anything students may need.
