I enjoyed my school years at Sidney City Schools! They have sports, clubs and music for everyone. You can find something to be in whether you are athletic or musically inclined to being a tutor to another student at any grade level.
I feel the teachers could do better about presenting the materials and preparing us for college. As I am looking for colleges, I don't feel I am quite ready for the challenges of some of the classes I will face.
As for the one thing I would change, it would be the food. It is supposed to be healthy but it is processed and flavorless. I feel the government could fund to improve that for our health. So all in all my school experience was good!!

My overall experience as a recently graduated student was primarily positive. I was extended many opportunities to engage in music, art, clubs, sporting events, and even classes that interested me. My teachers were engaging and personal. They took the time to know each student and what style worked for them, but they consistently challenged me to be a better writer, researcher, math whiz. Changes I would like to see would be improvements to the buildings, primarily the elementary and high school. The faculty and students deserve comfortable and enjoyable learning environments.
I grew up in the Sidney City Schools. One of my biggest issues is that they have repeatedly not been up to the task of tending to students that out pace their academic structure. My Junior year, they moved me out of AP English and into CP because it didn't work with their schedule. My brother has had similar issues with different classes his entire high school career. He is very smart and they cannot contend with that fact.
