Saranac Community Schools excel in teaching students who struggle with learning disabilities. The faculty and the students are also very accepting of their students.
Saranac is a very small school that does offer some good AP classes but does not offer many of them, the same AP classes are offered each year and that makes it difficult to take advanced classes. the atmosphere of the school is good because you know everyone that you go to school with and that makes the social aspects easy. There could be improvement but the teacher do their best with the funding that they have to work with.
I love how small the school is. I loved that I got to grow up with the same kids that I've known since kindergarten. In a small school everyone knows everyone and that was really cool. I'm going into my senior year and I'm glad that I get to graduate from Saranac. The teachers are all very kind and caring and I feel very safe at Saranac. The only thing that I didn't really like about Saranac is that there were not very many classes offered but they have been adding new ones and I'm sure that it will improve in time. My overall experience at Saranac has been great!
