It was a great school with about 1000 students and the teachers were really committed on making sure all of us students where going to have a bright future
San Elizario Independent School District is an amazing school we get many opportunities just as Skills USA and our new program of culinary arts something special to me along my life i would love to become a Chef .The school as a program with a community college witch trains them to be in the medical field just like a college. Personally i am in tennis and its amazing personally i have win 3 times district since my freshmen year i was just helping in case somebody was not available. The education the school give us is good they have amazing teachers that teach in their own way.I am content to say i went to San Elizario High School.
I absolutely love this school. Safety and respect are some of the many qualities this school exceeds to enforce. The community and unity in this school despite race, sexual orientation, and religion are qualities in individuals that are important to each and every one of us in terms of sensitivity and acceptance. The teachers are excellent and are very familiar with what they are teaching. They make sure each of us understands what they are teaching with tutoring, extra help during class, lunch, and even before school. Field trips are very well thought out and educational. It's a great way to learn about topics outside of the class scenery and makes the lessons easier to remember. The clubs and extracurricular activities are fun and allow all of us to have fun with people of the same interests. I would definitely recommend this school to anyone interested in it. Everyone is friendly and does their best to make you feel welcome.
San Elizario high school is an average high school but with amazing teachers who try to keep the students entertained while learning and do really good jobs of teaching the students, some thing I would like to see improve is more support to every extra curricular activity and less favoritisms to some sports, but besides that San Elizario is a very good school that try’s really hard to help each student pass and learn skills that will not only make them better people but also prepare the students for their next step in life. San Elizario high school is also a really great school because the school will not allow a student to graduate if they haven’t applied to colleges and taken their tsi or sat.
My experience in San Elizario High School is a unique experience, I've been in this district for all grade levels. Ever since elementary the staff and teachers have been very helpful and not let a student fall behind, those teachers have been helping students for many years even so my sisters had or are currently with those teachers, this shows their dedication to the district. High School at SEISD was overwhelming, new people, and getting ready for college was around the corner but the teachers and Go center helped to know what I want to pursue in the future, my college classes also showed me a glimpse on how college works and what it takes to pass classes. What i want to see change in this district is its students, after all its the students who shape a school district. I would like to see students who want to take the extra step to go further beyond and leave a mark in San Elizario, to be proud of their pasts schools.
My experience attending the San Elizario Independent School District is very optimistic. Every student here is given so much hope and courage that they can succeed even though they come from a border town.
SEISD is a very reliable school district and is has the best schools . They put their students education beyond anything else and we count with everything we need to pursue our high school career. San Elizario High School is ranked 60th within Texas. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement course work and exams and also offers dual credit courses.
I have been in San Elizario since I was nine years old, I'm 19 now. I learn to speak and read English with the help of many great teachers. I learned so much about Chemistry and Criminal Justice thanks to Mr. Villalobos when I was in High School. What I dislike about High School was the NJROTC program, which I was enrolled for the four years of high school. But thanks to this, I was a member of the National Honor Society.
While I attended this high school something I really enjoyed was that I was able to have a relationship with my teachers. I was able to communicate with them when I had a question or even asked them for advice. Something that I will want to change is administration due to the fact that admin have their favorites which is unfair to the other students who do not have a close relationship with the admin. During my four years in high school that was one of the main problems that would bother me because many students who were close to the principal or other administrators they were able to get away with whatever they would do,if it was ditching school or getting out of class, or going to events when they did not deserve to go. But overall I would try not to think about that and just enjoy my senior year but I am glad that I’m out of that school because there’s some things that they need to change.
I had a really good experience being part of the San Elizario Independent school district. During my high school years I enjoyed the fact that we chose the endorsement we thought was the best for the career we want to pursue, however I wished that there were more classes offered for the endorsement STEM.
Lacked many choices for students in terms of career interests and counselors did not really help. Aside from that, it's small and safe, everyone knows each other and friendliness is always there.
