I love the overall academics and athletics of the school, they are a competitive team to beat and are still intelligent enough to help a man up. I loved my experience there and I hope any new coming student will too. Go hornets!

Students are pushed to become good test-takers. Honors and AP courses are very rigorous, and SAS pushes students to take them. There are lots of cliques throughout the district, including the administration. The academics and sports are pushed on students, however this leaves a gap in becoming a well-rounded person.
Overall, Saline Area Schools gave me a great education. The teachers are amazing and will go the extra mile to make sure their students do well. However, Saline is the textbook example of an upper middle class white suburbia school system. Its lack of diversity has created a giant bubble of privilege and it shows in some of its students.
