What I like about Russell County, is that it was simple and straightforward. It was challenging in some subjects like, Math, Science and English but in a good way. I liked that it was a small high school because that meant smaller classes and more help for us. I would like to change several things in my school (Russell County High School). First and foremost I would like the school to get a lot more organised. Second, the school needs more programs that support the interest of other students for career choices. Third, I personally think we need more supportive teachers and staff. Finally, I think we need more student involvement in the school.

It gives me great pleasure to accept the Instructional Assistant position with Mt. Olive Primary School. I explored numerous school districts and employment opportunities and can truly say that this position promises to be the most interesting and rewarding.
During my contact with you and members of the Russell County School System, I was impressed with the professionalism displayed. It will be an honor to be a member of the team.
With great anticipation, I accept the teaching job offer and I assure you that I would work with the best of my abilities towards the growth of the students as well as the institute.
Thanking you in anticipation.
