Rush-Henrietta Central School District is an amazing school district to attend. For starters, Rush-Henrietta is the #1 school district in Monroe County, which shows it has to be a pretty great place. All of the teachers set up the students for success, and students are well prepared for college and any career they will be moving on to achieve. Of course, the food could improve but it still is pretty great and isn't as bad as the average school lunch. Overall, I would recommend it for any parents that want their child to begin life on a path to academic success!
My three children attended R-H schools. They are all week adjusted, productive adults. My 3 grandchildren attend R-H schools and they are all doing great academically with friends from all backgrounds and enjoy being in school.
I absolutely love the teacher - student relationships at Rush Henrietta. Every teacher I have ever had has always made an effort to get to know all of their students personally. With some teachers I'll go in before school starts, during lunch or a study hall and just sit and talk with them for a while. It makes my days so much better. The only thing I would want to change about Rush Henrietta is how the counselors are. Some of the counselors don't relate to the students, they make them feel like the counselors don't care about our problems. Beside that I love Rush Henrietta.
