Currently, I am a senior at Royal High School and I would say my overall experience has been pretty good. During my freshman year I didn't know what to expect. Slowly as time went better and easier here. In the school, each grade has around 120 students and everyone knows who everyone is. over the past four years we have lost some class members that didn't want to graduate, lost the motivation or had to leave for personal reasons. The teachers try their best to get students to do their work and etc. two of my previous and current teachers, Mr. Elliot and Ms. knight have both been close to students have been affected by some of the students that have dropped out, Ms. Knight was tearing up when one of the students that dropped out had another student had to say to her.

I have been a student in the Royal School District from grades k-12. There are about 30 students max in every class period so there are lots of opportunities to get one on one help from the teachers and even your classmates. The teachers want to see you succeed so they offer after school tutoring. Sports are a very big deal in this district and athletes aren't able to participate if they are failing two or more classes and they must be present at school all day on game days. I believe this is a great rule because it makes student athletes more driven to be present and do good at school.
Royal School District has amazing students and staff from elementary all the way to high school. I have attended Royal School District thirteen years and I am proud to say I have had the opportunity to get an education in a small, tight knit community like Royal City.
