I still remember how our school does fun raising different from other schools. Other schools usually just let students bring money or let their parents give emails and do countless forms. Our school let students get the chance to challenge themselves by changing the raising formation from parents to others. During this process, students should sell chocolates from school to others. Which provide students with chances to practice their public speaking skill, experience selling with their business, and have a better understanding of the difficulty of making money. I believe I'm not the only one who learned a lot from this amazing process.
Rowland Unified school district has influential passionate teachers that can guide students to be thinkers. My experience in the Rowland Unified district has been wonderful as the experiences, and lessons that I learned from my peers and administrators have contributed to my growth as a student. As I grew older, I moved around within the district and I was able to grasp the different environments of various schools in the Rowland Unified District. As students, we often endeavor hard tasks that are good for growth, but very difficult to overcome. However, with the right guidance, students are always reassured with assistance from their teachers to find their solution to an obstacle. It is important to recognize the factors that could be improved. I would like to see more unity within the schools that endorse positive behavior between students' interactions. Student life also gets very difficult as one may grow older, and there should be heavy awareness of mental health or assistance.
Rowland Unified provides a great platform and environment for students to learn. The teachers are very involved and go beyond their job description. My brother and I are both products of Rowland Unified. Overall, I would say that the faculty and staff are concerned about the students' wellbeing along with academic performance. The Rowland Unified School District Board has allowed our students to present their comments and concerns regarding their middle school and listened to them respectfully. Some of the staff can be a little stuck up, and can be difficult to work with. However, I would say 4 out of 5 of the faculty are down to Earth and genuinely care about the students and their learning environment. Teachers are respectful of diversity and I would say they have provided learning environments that are accepting of multiple learning styles. For students who struggle with disabilities, they have been accessible and provided as much help as they can.
