I personally had an extremely pleasant experience with Rolla Public Schools! I moved here from a town in Texas with big schools, so the small school style of Rolla was really nice. In my experience, all of the teachers were very helpful and encouraging and my classes were challenging yet doable. The cafeteria food was no ideal, but in all the schools I've been to I have to find any that are. I personally thought they put a little bit too much emphasis on athletics (specifically football), but in my time there I definitely saw their appreciation for the arts increase! I still find it weird that they have only one track, softball field, and auditorium for the entire school district to share and they're all at the Middle School.
Overall, I believe Rolla School District is a wonderful place to be!

I liked that the school was small enough that I didn't feel overwhelmed, but also large enough that I could still meet new people. They offer several extracurricular activities, and the teachers really cared about their students!
I am a band student at the high school. Over the years, it seemed as though the recognition of the band was quite limited, versus the fame the sports department received during every event. I was involved in some activities like Latin and FBLA, which were great with travel and involvement, the school itself has very bright students and provides an abundance of resources for students to prepare for college, work, or a trade school.
