What I enjoyed most about Rockford Area Schools was the size of the school. I loved how small and close the community was. However, if there was one thing that would make the district better, it would be to increase diversity.

I have been in Rockford Schools my entire life and have had a great experience. The teachers and faculty all prepared me to be ready for college and have proved that they care for each student and their academic success. Being a smaller school district, Rockford allows students to be involved in anything and everything offered, for example I was involved in sports, theatre, choir and band, all while maintaining a good GPA. The only downside is Rockford's slight lack of funds at the moment, since the referendum did not pass this year. But Rockford has been a great school district for me and many others and I am glad I was a part of it.
I liked the size of the school, it allowed me to connect with both other students and faculty members to gain a better understanding of both the materials and make connection to figure out who I am as a person.
