I really like Rock Island School District. I started school in the district since I was in first grade. I like all my teachers that I had. The teacher is very good with encouraging their student about learning. When I first started school in the district, I didn’t speak a word of English. My teacher and friends helps me to learn the new language and that how I was able to speak a different language. I am now a senior in Rock Island High School and doing the best I can. Going to school was very fun and everywhere I go I make now friends. I feel safe when going to school because I believe that the teacher will do anything they can to protect their student.

Great school to attend! Enjoyed my 4 years here but i feel the only things that are stopping this high school from becoming a top their school are it's reputation, a few bad teachers also the administration sometimes worry about the wrong problems with the school.
Throughout my time, I had countless teachers who inspired, taught, and loved me. The teachers are the reason I came to school everyday. They were truly invested in their students lives and wanted to see each student succeed.
