I loved my teachers! All of them had great passion, however they lacked the resources and knowledge to educate us properly. I hope to see the involvement of administration and safety change over the next few years.

Roane County High School is like any other school. It has it's good qualities and it has its flaws. In my opinion our school is literally falling apart. Like the actual building is so old that some of the class rooms we have aluminum foil as windows. That is not a very safe school environment. That is just one of the many problems in our school. I also feel that our education is limited on opportunities. Compared to other schools we have limited elective programs, and the ones that we do have no everyone is interested in them. Now I am not trying to say that our school is all bad, because it is not. The classes and the teachers that we do have are really good I just wish we had more opportunities as a whole.
The school was built during world war two. This is a very old school and very minimal to no changes have been made during the life of this school. I would like to see better equipment and more government funding appropriated to just advancing the conditions, food and learning oppurtunities of RCHS. The school spirit here is amazing and I have enjoyed greatly playing football for this town, but a little help on the financial side in order to make the learning experience more pleasurable for today's and future students would be a big step in the right direction.
